they built it to fit as many people in as possible and it's absolutely awful. i can hear my side neighbors all the time when they play music; i hear my upstairs neighbor plain as day when he watches tv. several ------- neighbors crank their music way loud at all hours or practice their guitars too loudly at night. gawd.

crickets LOVE to crawl around in here. i'm always chasing those buggers down.

my garbage disposal's a total piece of junk. the microwave is weak weak weak. i've had all sorts of leaks in my kitchen and bathroom plumbing. they came out to fix it 5 times, each time screwing it up.

jerks are always parking in my covered parking.

Drunk ass guys and girls are screaming and carrying on in the pool all the time. Lots of stupid girls bitching on their cell phones while on their patios. Dammit, it's nice night out and i don't want to hear your damn screetching.

Gates don't work worth a damn. i had my motorcycle stolen here and someone sprayed "---- u" on my truck and on my front door with WD40 or osmething.

I came home early one day at 2pm and caught the groundworkers pissing in the landscaping RIGHT OUTSIDE my downstairs neighbors door.

Recently had a rape on the premises. Lights are constantly inadequate or non-functional. the mailbox gate is a mess.

People are ALWAYS moving out of here. No one here is happy living here.

The staff used to have 1 or 2 good people working there. Recently, they've just hired some clueless bimbos who spend time talking on the phone and ignoring you. i tried to pick up a package that had supposedly been left for me, but they told me it wasn't there. after multiple back-and-forth checking, 2 weeks later, they eventually found it in the back room.

oh yeah, and they RAISED my rent. I'm outta here.
