I moved in Feb 2005 - none of the mentioned issues upon move-in have been addressed. More recent issues, like the window seal in the Master Bedroom worn, have not been fixed even though I have twice now mentioned rain floods in..especially now that it is monsoon season. extra parking is a pain, dumpsters always filled to the brim and makes the community look trashy....I'm not looking for perfection, but something are just intolerable. Otherwise the property is in a good location. Oh, and they raised my rent $100 w/out notification or my signed aggreement...and are charging an additional $100 on top of that for month to month fees since I am not resigning my lease - The nerve!! The area where I am located has the patio positioned below ground level - It is constantly covered with leaves, branches, and debris which I feel are not my resposibility to maintain.

You have to be kidding... monsoon season in AZ? It's not difficult to fix the seal yourself but your last line pretty much sums up your personality...not your responsibility. $5 and 20 min will fix the window. Ten minutes of exercise cleaning up the debris would be good for you. If you are so unhappy about the mess, why did you pick that apartment? They are charging you extra because you have deemed yourself not reliable by not agreeing to a contract. Sounds like your contract was up, they raised the rent and now you are whining. Maybe you should consider moving back home with your mom and she can pick out your clothes as well. |

Incase you were wondering, though I'm sure you weren't because you're obviously dumber than a sack of hair, when the local meteorologist talks about, "monsoonal flow" he does not mean an actual monsoon is occurring. It's a low-level moisture feed into an otherwise dry area.In short, please go gargle with nine pounds of wet concrete because I sure don't want to live next to you.
