Overall it's been a great place to live. Apartments are older but are maintained. I don't hestiate to recommend it to people. I agree parking could be better but I think that's a design issue not management. I would be happier if my appliances were new but I don't want to pay higher $$ in rent like I would if I moved to north Scottsdale. Staff knows my name and my dog's name when we come in. It's the customer service that keeps me satisfied
