We are in a corporate apt. at Acacia Creek and have been happy so far. Though i realize they probably use the corporate apt.s to "advertise" to potential renters...I must admit I have not witness any problems previously mentioned by other renters. The trash DOES pile up - but is removed quickly. And whose fault is it that there is so much trash? OURS! I know my husband, 2 kids and I go through about 2 bags a day.
We have never had any issues with parking and the noise is lower than one would expect for such a great location. We are in walking distance of CVS, Safeway, great resaurants, and just blocks away from great parks and schools.
The only thing we do not like is the berber carpet in our apt. - but we wouldn't like it in ANY apt. It just stays dirty - I realize it is ideal due to its durability.
SO long story short - it seems a fantastic value for the money compared to other reviews I've read...and I've read hundreds!
