Low Life rental apartment, if you enjoy living in Ghetto

Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2002
 
I had lived in this apt for a while and to be honest I will not live in this apt complex again even i get paid to live there.Management is worst of a kind.Tenants have to pay water,garbage sweage every month.The Amount of rent I was paying I could have lived in a much better apartment complex.
