I second the Ghetto of Scottsdale

Years at this apartment: 1995 - 2002
 
I have live here for 4 1/2 years and have seen this property decline every month. The management is the worst. No customer service skills. Maintenance will get to your problem sometimes. Bugs all over, out of date appliances. Crazy neighbors--they let almost anyone live here. I am in the process of moving--8 months before my lease is up. I gotta get out of here. x-2PE3sjUIIeetAHoKOk
