Leasing agent lied about application check policy. Management completely uncooperative (and incompetent) in handling the matter. Was lied to several times about who exactly is the manager- still not sure. Staff very rude through-out 2-week-long attempt to get matter resolved.
One exception: Janis. Tried her damndest. SEk1KnECheF1ATXbXtrZ
