Overall, it's okay.

I've lived here for 3 years. In the beginning, it was great, no real problems to think of. As time has gone by, however, it seems that some things have progressively gotten worse. First of all, they have lowered the standard of people they let in here-seems like any more it's only teenagers who like to party, play loud music and solicit drugs. The "security patrol" is awful and rude. People drive through the parking lot at 30 miles an hour and the gate is broken from time to time. Anytime something has been broken, it has been fixed in a timely manner and the maintenance crew is good. The people in the office are nice and they have always been caring and understanding. However, I don't feel that they have taken action on the sound complaints that my neighbors and I have made about certain tenants who play their music too loud and party all the time. Parking is a bit of a problem, but I don't see how that is the management's problem, as they did not build the complex. Rent has gone up steadily, but that is how the market is going. Overall, I would suggest Acacia Creek, as long as you don't get stuck with loud, annoying neighbors.
