Management works with tenants to resolve disputes. Parking is not an issue if you have one car. The grounds are very tidy.

I am a resident of Acacia Creek and agree with you on the sabena flight students. On many occasions my boyfriend and I felt like intruders in the pool area. As far as pitbulls on the property I too have called the office on one dog in particular and was assured that proper doccumentation had been given that this dog was not a pitbull but an american bulldog. After learning this I confronted the owner and shared my concerns. To my surprise she was very friendly and offered to show me the paperwork as well. No need I believed her. After living in acacia creek for 5 years and watching many of the apartments go condo I can say that aside from a few incidents it can be a nice place to live. I agree that the managment needs to take a more proactive approach to cleaning the property and enforcing curfew. Perhaps a community bbq or community meeting to help residents voice their concerns. Maybe if we just communicate to eachother like I did more people would stop unfairly judging their neighbors. My biggest concern with the property at this point is someone who my boyfriend noticed has a video camera taping from their balcony. Aside from the obvious safety and privacy concerns I have to wonder what kind of person would possibly do this. In fairness my boyfriend has tried to contact this resident on two occasions without any luck. Until we actually talk to this resident one can only hope that he/she is not a murder, pervert,or worse child molester.

I'm truly sorry that you are such an angry person, As far as drunken louts go, that is not my issue. You must live near a pool because you seem to complain about it a lot. But you do understand that living near a pool comes with some noise? People pay rent just like you do. I'm not quite sure why you feel it is up to you to make decisions about people that you know nothing about. Everyone we know where we live is happy with each other. You should try to get to know your neighbors before you make unfounded accusations about people you know nothing about. Smile it is a bright sunny day!

I don't know who you are but, very obviously, you are an ignorant bully. Your veiled threats are amusing. How presumptious to think you are the only bad --- in town. Regardless, the request is simple to all: keep the peace, share, and follow all the rules, please.

I do keep my mouth shut Wolf, I'm very quiet. You don't scare me with your ALL CAPS, bad grammar and bluster. Come at me for real and see what you get, I asked for some civility for everyone's sake, including yours. Take the high road for your own good.
