Don't move to Acacia Creek unless you want them to adjust the prices on a daily basis for rent if your lease is up. They do whatever they want and change it however they like. The office staff is awful and will charge as much as they can get away with, more than even advertised for them online. They are rude, patronizing, condescending incompetent and they have had a history of this since I have lived there. They make it very difficult for residents, intrude on privacy and defame residents. They promise things and don't do them, they mispresent themselves. The apartments are noisy, the jacuzzi hasn't worked. I have never lived in an apartment complex that consistently is run by such bad management who act like they are doing you a favor when you are the customer. It's just not worth it. Save yourself the heartache and move somewhere else unless you want to live in an unhealthy environment. Even the maintenance staff has been rude. See the other review recently put online under this review site as well, if two people say it and it's recent it may help guide you somewhere else you'll be happier. Don't move here, you'll regret it. I should have paid attention to this site when I was looking as others had complained then too.

I have to agree with the reviewer and the first response. It's true. Obviously someone in the management department cannot stand the truth and as you can see right before you in writing, their attitude is condescending and rude. They do change prices however they want and they do not treat their tenants with respect at this complex. Aside from the pricing who'd want to live in a place where they treat you like this. Really, look elsewhere.

do you guys earn respect? its not being rude its the fact that you guys wanna be pissed about something that you are at fault with anyways. really if you think we treat you like ---- then please tell someone, or look at yourselves and see if there is something you might have done. Not evryone that works for the company and or office acts the same way.

Sorry "sassygurl876" but I have to disagree. I lived there for 4 years (probably about 3 1/2 years longer than you've worked there) and the office staff is by far the worst I have ever dealt with. I've lived in more than 12 different apt complexes in the Scottsdale area and Acacia Creek's office staff certainly stands out...as the most incompetent, discourteous, rude and uninformed group of "professionals" I've ever had the displeasure of dealing with.
Earn your respect? Is that some sort of Acacia Creek office staff humor? I think paying my rent on time and abiding by the rules of the complex are all I'm really required to do.

Was just browsing the comments, and to see what seems like a teen from the nearby high school saying respect must be earned by people paying their rents and respecting the rules is crazy. Ok, I am done reading about this place!
