I lived here for a year and had no problem with the Dutch boys. They do smoke, but that's over now with the new laws. I never heard them make a loud noise. Their guests do sometimes park in your space, but it's not a big deal. A bigger problem is the Americans. There is a fair amount of drunken white trash here, and the management will act slowly upon it if you complain. I had to complain three times. The so-called security is a joke; they either do not show up, or they come after two hours.

The grounds are fairly well maintained; I don't have any idea what the comment on dog feces could be based on.

So, all in all, a pretty typical, sterile Arizona apartment complex filled with people with marginal credit, bratty kids, drinking problems, and anti-social attitudes. It's no different from anywhere else in the city of Scottsdale, unless you want to move in to a condo complex with 100% geezers.

You should just be glad you live in America.....your comments are very rude. If you don't like it here why don't you go live in another country....and see how good their living enviroment is. Don't look at America so negativley or get out.

why would you even bring up Americans as the problem for this shifty apartment complex... Douchbag go home then and stop complaning . As far as the apartments go.. Just don't live here. Managments rude.. Appliances break all the time ... And it's overpriced. But once again the problem is the apartments not americans !
