i've lived here two years too long.. and luckily i'm gone in a few months. the apartment itself is not that bad (although the quality of the construction and and fixtures is very poor), it's just half the management staff and the property itself. they prefer selective enforcement of their rules and from my experience have no desire to be flexible with existing tenants. noise is a problem here... and the police seem to be out every weekend. i would say there is def. better out there.. keep looking!

We appreciate it. We are sick of living with the above description. There is little respect anymore with little enforcement of the basic rules, so I know where you are coming from. I will do just that, keep looking and spread the word.
