I have been here for just over a year, and recently resigned my lease for another year. This is a really nice complex, very well maintained, and the office staff is great. Especially Carolyn. They're always super helpful, and friendly. I've never had an issue with anyone in the office.

The grounds are well maintained, except for the occasional resident who doesn't pick up after their dog. The people who do the grounds clean that up, too! They are currently repainting the outside, and it looks really nice, very condo- like.

My apartment unit is beautiful! The fixtures are not the newest, but they are nice, and well maintained. I have linoleum in my kitchen and the hallway all the way into the area with the shower, but it looks like real tile!

The maintenance staff is also really great. Anytime I have submitted a service request, they have taken care of it, usually same day, even if it's a Sunday.

This is a place that I highly recommend. The people who gave bad reviews must have been bad tenants. I have had no issues whatsoever.

Acacia Creek staff, just blew me away, From Karen, which first greeted us and helped us thru the process, to Lori, and Mary the manager, all have been super! Prompt attention as we needed things fixed, minor, by the maintenace crew! They are painting the outside of apt, making it look much more updated, and taking care of the grounds well. The inside of the apt is very nice, great accomadations with a great price!! I would recommend this apartment complex to anyone, in fact I already did, my co-worker has already moved in!

Actually, most people have complaints because they are good tenants and have a whole bunch of bad tenants living next to them. Particularly the noisy ones, as the staff does absolutely nothing about it. But you would both know~ I'm assuming you're both part of the office staff trying to make a rave review seem credible. The parking here is awful no matter what building you live in: I cannot imagine that a legitimate tenant would ever give 5 stars for the disorganized assignments and lack of open parking. Please read the disclaimer the next time you make up a user name, you're not supposed to be posting if you're employed by the property.
