I had nothing but a great experience, from renting and securing our new apt. to moving in and now living here.
The staff checked in on us on move in day, wow, I was blown away....Karen, asst, mgr..to Lori co-worker, and Mary the manager - they know how to handle the tennants, like people...I was so impressed.

The maintanence crew has also been great, attended to every little fix, which has been minor, but they do it with a smile.

I really am enjoying our new place at Acacia Creek, I have already referred a co-worker and he has moved in.

I agree, they do treat you like a person. Like a person that signed a contract and can't do anything about it.
