After seeing this post on apartmentratings.com, a woman named Valery, who works at the office, actually confronted my wife and I. Valery threatened both of us. I complained to the management, but nothing was done. Do not rent from these crooks!

I moved to Alexan at Frank Lloyd Wright six months ago. The place is the best you can get in the state. The community is quite, clean and well kept for the most part that I have seen. I chose this place because I hate anything under the age of 25 that walks. I also wanted to live in a mostly white, upper middle-class community, with little to no noise issues, new units with lots of space and goods views. Do not move here. The management is crooked and is only interested in your money. The maintenance staff is difficult to work with. They will contradict EVERY item that you request to be fixed. For example, the kitchen sink had a gap at the back because the counter-top had been cut too large. Therefore, water was getting into the cubbard below. The maintenance man told my wife that the gap was normal. She had to argue to get him to at least caulk it. Also, our fridge smelled of rotten meat upon move-in. The maintenance man actually said he usually uses an onion to get the smell out.
