How do you know ghosts live in the complex' Is this being made up' Sure there are spirits everywhere, some good and some bad but haunting an entire complex. Also, are you sure that woman in the management office telling you her boyfriend was the devil was a serious statement' Sounds like she is just pulling your leg.
