Highest Turnover in Management From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 6/3/2005 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2005   I have been leasing since 2003 but the last year, there has been a new manager and staff every 6 months. The gates never work! I have had to go into the office to get them to open the gate! If you leave your trash out an extra day - that's a $50 charge! Ridicules! Did not renew lease. Am currently looking for another place to live.
