I lived at The Alexan for a total of about a year. It is a beautiful community.. and THATS IT. The manager is a complete b**ch. The 2 other girls in the front office and extremely nice though. The maintenence guys have no clue what they are doing. very nice.. but no clue. the do not PROPERLY fix ANYTHING. the building materials used are not built to last. This place was a total nightmare!! I wouldnt recommend this place for free rent!! The Parking in the place is horrific! there is about 6 guest parkings and they are ALWAYS taken. The walls are so thin we could hear people across the way at night.. in their bedrooom.. doing things!!! DO NOT let the appearence of this place fool you!!! It is one of THE WORSTT!!! If you currently live here.. juuust leave!
