A lot of annoyances for a new apartment complex. I had a long lease and wished I had not.
First of all, {stupidly enough}, the apartment air/heat fan is so loud you either turn the TV way up or you put your TV in the bedroom and shut the door in order to hear the TV. You get very dulled-out by listening to an inordinately loud cooling/heating system for months on end too. I have lived in other apartments and it was never this bad. I nick-named the noise as "Niagra Falls".
The developer built a little cheaply and things too often broke or fell off. For instance, my patio door blinds fell off twice. Some weird surrounding plastic pieces around the oven door kept cracking and had to be replaced first on one side, and later on the other. Also, this is really bad, the EAR-PIERCING FIRE ALARM goes off way too easily and so every time I would broil food or some other simple thing the fire alarm would go off...and it would stay on long enough to make you want to just LEAVE. The laundry closet door handle fell off. The toilets are the cheap sort and you must stand there and hold down the handle until it finally flushes properly, all the way. It's time-consuming and if you don't do it the toilet backs up easily and overflows.
Also,a soft-plastic thing inside the toilet tank broke {cheap part}, and I just safety-pinned it back together to avoid yet another visit by maintenance.
The fake,plastic-covered cupboards in the kitchen had air-pockets in them. The residents were all invaded one day in order to fix cabinets that were "bad". Well, everything was new, but they inconvenienced us anyway. And then after having my cats scared out of their wits by the hammering and 3 strangers running around, one cabinet was still installed crookedly enough you could really notice it. I did not report it though, the last thing I wanted was another "visit".
Also, off and on during my stay there, a weird,loud knocking noise would happen on and off in the master bathroom sink. I slept with a fan running in order to try to block it out. I found out by accident that if you shut your air conditioner the knocking stops.
I got tired of calling maintenance.....

The developer who had these apartments built was building on the cheap side is my opinion.
The apartments look good, so its easy to think everything is ok. They are very new, yes. Trouble-free ' No.

The area is not well-lit at night. Just enough to save them money probably.
It is too dark to feel safe walking around and they should know better.
As far as enough parking spaces, that seems to be no problem.

Don't move near the pool area unless you want to be forced to listen to piped-in music they play outdoors in the summer,unless they have finally stopped doing that.

In general there was the basic "Scottsdale-attitude" by most of the office staff. I wanted to tell them, "it's not the White House...it's an APARTMENT COMPLEX. Get real".

If you are having any real annoyance with the on-site office for any reason, the upper management is very nice to deal with. Email the firm and ask to be put in touch with a regional supervisor. They will give the apartment office a kick in the pants. The apartments are owned by a company called "Piscerne". Here is their contact page;
