We've only lived here for 6 months and we could not be happier, especially living in an apartment complex. The office staff is VERY friendly and things are fixed in a quick and efficient manner. We live right by the pool and it does tend to get a little routy from time to time, normally late at night..... like after the bar closes maybe'!'!' It's never been a huge problem, but it happens on occassion. Overall, Aliante is a GREAT place to live! They are very pet friendly which is a plus in our book too!
