I just moved here from across the east coast and did a lot of research online for a place to live in Scottsdale. I was nervous moving down here since I had not visited the apartment complex in person but I absolutely lucked out. I had read the reviews on this website before making Aliante my number one choice to live ...and was curious to see how loud the fan in the apartment actually is or how noisy the pool area is (these were complaints of previous reviews)...and I found that the fan is not that noisy and really disappears with the background noise...also the pool area is usually completely empty and only on a few occasions have I heard anything from the pool area in my apartment...the most common noise I do hear is dogs barking outside but that has only been on a few occasions...

All the tenants are very friendly people...most everyone here has a dog, as do I, and I think the grounds are pretty clean of dog waste. I feel very safe here... and of all the places I have rented in the past this is the best place I have ever lived in. The management is very responsive and are in the office to answer any of your questions. If I ever needed anything done in my apartment maintenance has always fixed it within a week. The computer room is also a great perk that I take advantage of all the time.
