I picked Aliante a couple months ago. I utilized this site heavily in making my decision, but of course, you never know how you're going to feel until you actually visit the place. I was immediately impressed with Sarah, the manager. When you meet her, it's obvious that she cares and that she's not fake. A lot of the managers I met seemed like the types that are nice at first, then go into tyrant mode as soon as you move in.

She'll follow up on anything you ask, and she organizes all kinds of events for residents, from cookouts to wine tastings.

It's in a nice, relatively quiet area (much more than S. Scottsdale/OldTown). The rent isn't cheap, but it is by no means extravagant for the area. I don't know what kind of specials they're running right now, but I got a pretty good deal w/ all the incentives.

Give it a shot.

I have lived here the past year and am renewing for another after looking at countless apartments that are closer to school/work but do not even BEGIN to compare to Aliante. Sarah is the best apartment manager you could ever ask for! So sweet and helpful :)

Hi, I am wondering if you still live at Aliante Apartments and how your experience has been? I am interested in moving into these appliances. How are the appliances? Toilets? Bathtubs?
