The neighbors are very noisy. The woman next to me is crazy - screaming late at night how she is going to kill herself. The maintenance has a "whatever" attitude. No cocern about keeping residents. People move out every weekend because they do not give them any incentive to stay. They increase your rent even though new residents get price breaks. Faulty wiring caused an entire building to burn down.
