Don?t value existing tenants

Anacosta would probably have been the best value for your money for apartments in Scottsdale if management was more focused on keeping residents rather than obtaining new ones. They do not offer current incentives to existing residents in good standing but offer them to any new ones. It does not make business sense nor does it make you feel that they really want you around, just your money. They say that they value their tenents but don?t believe it. Other apartments place more emphasis on keeping existing tenants happy and content and they have larger, newer, and more spacious units for $10 more per month and they are only 1/2 mile away.
They also promised to organize parking because space assignments were awful. My neighbors had 2 spaces right at the front of out building but mine was 3 buildings away at the far end of the complex. I moved in in mid-August and they have fulfilled that committment 1 year later, when I am moving out!
Rain gutters are terrible, you get drenched everytime you step out of your until because they are not properly aligned and wash out at the end od the buildings, they flush out wherever there is a crack in the line.
I would not have move in if I knew that this was their conduct.
