We looked at this place and that was it, the staff is very friendly and the assistant manager lives here. By the way, that person that listed average as their summary did not obviously know how that one building was burnt down. It was not faulty wiring. Some dumba$$ left his stove on. I don't even think he was home when the place caught. Did not stop me from moving here. It is not noisy here, hell it's mostly elderly people. It has not had any cars broken into for at least the past 5 years and for Arizona that is amazing. One of the reasons is that the Scottsdale police headquarters is just on the other side of the block. Its very safe, very quiet, everyone around here says hello. I was shocked at how different people are here then any other community. I reccomend this place to anyone.
