WORST Apartment EVER - Caught FIRE and burnt down From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 3/29/2005 Years at this apartment: 1999 - 2002   My apartment whole apartment unit was caught on fire, by some sort of fault of the building, not a resident fault. Started in Attic (was determined). But the owner and rental mngmt. and maint. (mean rude people) of the complex did everything they could to cover up the actual reason for the fire to have started. They demolished what was left of the building as quick as they could, so the determination was never known. Management and maintance (married couple) treated all fire victims, all 12 units out of 16 that lost EVERYTHING, so terribly. Did not care about their well being, and help to try to gather up any remains of fire, or placement of a new home.Nor any feelings the victims were going through. Were very very mean, rude, and had one goal in mind, to destroy old building so no evidence existed for determining fault of fire, (bad wiring or something)Did detrmine it started in Attic.
