Overall, not a bad place to live. Very quiet with many older residents. I lived in a newer building and never had any issues with the management until it was time to move out. WARNING: If you get any kind of a deal on your rent, please beware that they will HIKE your rent at the end of your lease term, so please beware that if you get a good price to sign for as long as possible. I was a wonderful tenant and never had any complaints and mgmt was completely unnegotiable and uncaring about my situation in where my rent was raised $100 per month.

Your rent didn't go up. They tell you when you sign a lease that the concession was just for that term and they tell you what the rent will be if you renew. You know before you sign your first lease that the rate is temporary.
