Recently renewed. Rent did not "go up" it just went to the regular rate, without the concession. They were VERY VERY CLEAR about this when we moved in. Even without the concession, it is a great value. The property is always well-kept, no bugs, no litter, quiet residents and very helpful, friendly staff. We have never had any problems and renewed happily, even without the rent concession.
