Isn't it strange that all the people who say something negative about Anacosta all seemed to have a specific issue' Seems like they messed up (didn't clean apartment)and were charged for being pigs! You say "it was like that" So why did you move in and "accept the mess"' Strange don't you think'
I have been at Anacosta for several years. Reason.........Cause it's better here then every place else i look. Go to another apartment comlex...Like you momma always said"Stop, look, listen" Anacosta is beautiful!! Lot's of grass and trees, Soooooo Quiet, no funny business with other residents" I mean come on. Even a police officer lives here! What does that tell you.

Kacey and Connie run a tight ship. Making Anacosta the great place it is......
So anacosta isn't new.....and appliances may be not new. But I love it!!!!

So what if there was a police man, I "LIVED" at the pillar and there was a police man that lived there to and they still break into peoples cars there!

I too had a great time living at Anacosta in 2002-2003. I moved back to IN but would quickly rent there again when I move back to AZ. A note: My security deposit was in my mailbox within a week. Connie and Kacy were very friendly and helpful.
