after reading comments/ warnings about raising rent, thought it was a thing of the past' lived here 6 months and sure enough after 5 nrecieved a letter stating that rent would be going up $100 effective @ the end of my 6 month lease. maybe some would consider that good business practice to increase their bottom line. i kind of feel like a little " switch and bait",and old marketing strategy is happening before my very eyes. i don't know about you but i'm on a budget' the staff is pleasant but, be weary,they consistently seem to raise rent once your comfortable and settled in. i guess it's part of their marketing strategy, god knows we all hate moving. g-hKOS7s4Nq5n3hEIpHd
