Better places same price From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 1/9/2007 Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2006   I lived here for 3 years, maybe out of ignorance, and was not that happy. Location is the only good thing. You can get better value and a better facility a lot of places. Don't plan on having things fixed on time. Don't plan on having grandkids come over. Don't plan on entertaining freinds at the pool. Don't plan on having a clean place when you move in. Don't plan on sleeping in on a Saturday. Landscapers start outside you window very early. Don't plan on the gates ever being closed. Office staff seams nice, but do not get a long with residents. I felt as though they take advantage of you any chance they get.
