Will raise your rent $100.00 after first year!

Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2007
 
After the first year they raise the rent $100.00! Building is 20 years old with old appliances. Parking lot crew comes every Monday at 8:00am and use leaf blowers to clean the parking lot and blow dirt and debris all over your car. Landscaping crew comes every Wednesday. Be prepared to go to the car wash often.
