Aventura has been through some tough times, but right now it's doing well. The lack of on-site management (because these are optionally rentable condos, not rental apartments) is frustrating at times but usually isn't an issue. The grounds are well-kept, the neighbors as of late have been quiet, and overall it seems like a safe, friendly place compared to even half a year ago. I can recommend this place. (Rent price is N/A; I own my unit.)
