I have lived at what used to be scottsdale cove for several years. I was saddened and worried when the complex was sold to montecito. the previous staff went above and beyond the call of duty to help residents, this new management is a joke. the closed the office on sundays, and even though they say they are open on saturdays, i have called or gone to the office on more than one occasion on aq saturday and found it closed and locked''' When inquiring about a new lease I was never told the true intention of this place turning into condos by Jan 1 2006. The office didnt disclose this when they were persuading me to resign and now I am outta luck and forced to move somewhere else. This place is bad news, and they cut every corner. I looked into the model of the new condo conversion they are doing. It looks like a wall of fancy flagstone but don't be deceived it it just painted cement and plaster. How cheap!! Also nice how the tennis courts were cracked and growing weeds for months and the only reason they finally decide to reapir it is so it looks better to the people they are gonna rip off when they sell the places.
