This used to be one of the least expensive, nicest places along the Shea Blvd. area. Now it's just another victim of the "repositioning" filth from Miami, FL, Montecito Investments. The upper management scum at BRE Properties wanted to make more loot, so they sold it to even more horrific, sleasy, greasy monsters from Hell, Montecito. Be prepared to get a note late Friday night in the next few months that says the following: "We have loved having you here, but since we are capitalist whores from Hell, we will need $200K's for a tiny, 14 year old as-is apartment that would have sold for $80,000 about one year ago. But due to speculative investing from whores like us, prices have gone sky f-ing high. Have a nice day. And if you have any questions, please feel free to call 1-800-ripoffs or 1-800-kissazz.

In conclusion, if you are STUPID enough to pay 200-300k's, you deserve to loose it when the bubble bursts.
