I have lived in Scottsdale Cove (now Montecito Cove) for 2 years and I can not imagine a better place to call home. When the property sold I felt, as some people did, perhaps it's time to move. However, as I came to know the Montecito people and the new management team I quickly realized how foolish that would be. They really care!!! Plus, how can you not enjoy living in Scottsdale'! It's amazing here!!! Conveniently located to Loop 101 and numerous shopping centers while maintaining the quaint and tranquil atmosphere we all enjoy. I can only hope the rumors of condo conversion are true. Sign me up!!!

When the property sold I felt, as some people did, perhaps it's time to move. I DON'T THINK THAT MOST PEOPLE INITIALLY FELT THAT IT WAS TIME TO MOVE. MOST OF US WERE OPEN TO THE POSSIBILITY OF AN EQUALLY GREAT MANAGEMENT TEAM. However, as I came to know the Montecito people and the new management team YOU ARE ONE OF THE FEW LUCKY ONES. DID YOU PERHAPS CATCH THEM ON THEIR DAY OFF WHEN THEY ACTUALLY HAD TIME TO SIT AND TALK TO YOU OR AS THEY WERE RUSHING AROUND? I quickly realized how foolish that would be. They really care!!! SOUNDS LIKE INSIDER TALK TO ME :) Plus, how can you not enjoy living in Scottsdale?! I AGREE It's amazing here!!! ALSO, MAKE SURE YOU ASK FOR A COPY OF THE CC&Rs (covenants conditions and restrictions) JUDGING BY THE LAST LETTER SAYING YOU CAN NOT EVEN HAVE A WIND CHIME SOUNDS LIKE THEY ARE GOING TO BE PRETTY REDICULOUS!

This is obviously a garbage review put on by the staff or owner. "Conveniently located near 101 and shopping areas," yes, but my that sounds like marketing hype. The fact is that this year this place has become a total war zone, and no real resident in their right mind would post a positive review this year, after living here the previous year.
