Used to be Great, Turned Horrible

Scottsdale Cove used to be my favorite place to live. The old staff is what sold me on the place. They really went the extra mile for service. I was very happy renting here. Then Edward Chip Conk of Montecito Property Co. of Jacksonville Beach FL bought the place for $115,348 per unit and fired (or "Conked" as we like to call it) the old workers that had become my friends. It has become clear that the investors are out to make a quick buck and leave town rather than service the renters. I will leave this place with pleasure, because anywhere else would be an improvement. I am sure they will charge disgustingly overpriced amounts for these units when they sell them off.
