CONDO CONVERSION

Owners/management have completely dropped any care or courtesy for residents since deciding to make this a condo conversion. Renter's rights have been totally violated. After my car was ruined from one of their workers, they never answered the phone or even returned my call. There is no office, no office staff and absolutely NO SERVICE. I hope us residents can get together and screw them somehow because I feel totally ---- on too!
Other issues
- Low lighting. Scary entrance to apts in the dark.
- Assigned parking but the workers they hire always park in my spot.
- Since the condo conversion process started, they have not done landscaping, resulting in dry grass and tons of debris that gets tracked in the house & car.
