A Nightmare from HELL!!! From: fernandoochoa@hotmail.com Date posted: 8/9/2005 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2005   It was a nice dream come true a year ago, we had the most amazing staff of people, they were responsible, nice, and always giving good service....and then one day the sky turn dark, and we woke up to a note saying they where selling the apts. to another company and since then was downhill, landscapers cutting trees, painting the outside with horrible palette of colors, nobody answers their phone is being more than 5 months of suffering.. leaving our doors open so they can paint the doors, with unknown people walking inside your apartment...is hellbad inversion if you plan to buy a condo is not worth it...OLD Structure, be careful of the nice paint and the nice lighting inside of the new condos look deeper...bad investment not worth the money...
