Unfortunately the trend in Scottsdale seems to be for investors to buy apartment complexes and pass them off as condos. Scottsdale Cove was a nice place to live. When repairs were needed they were right on it. The staff was very warm and helpful. Once it became "Montecito Cove" everything stopped. The pools became dirty and I even ended up cleaning up one so my kids could go swimming. They close the workout room, without notice and didn't say when they would re-open it. They painted the buildings these really off colors (must have gotten paint from a clearance sale) and put non-indigenous plants in that ended up dying. The management is disorganized and have no personal skills. We moved as soon as our lease was up because we saw the future picture of this. They don't care about the residents (who, by the way are paying the bill) and only care about profit. They could have made a better transition experience for people and gotten a good reputation...too late now. BuLYzGcKAVo8MQPlcXJq
