Go ahead and complain about the new management company, but the truth is, you will be missing out if you fail to purchase your unit. I live in another property (Biltmore Square) that was taken over by Montecito. I decided to go ahead an purchase my unit. I was given a resident discount of 3% off the purchase price. Montecito does such a great job at marketing these places...the entire complex sold out in 90 minutes. They had 2500 apointments on Saturday, and only 300 units available for purchase. By the end of the day, the floorplan that I purchased was selling for 35K more than i paid. What a great way to make some quick cash. SOOO, if you have half a brain, you will buy your unit, either to live in or flip. You have such an advantage of being a resident and getting the right of first refusal. You will be making a big mistake if you let this unique opportunity pass you by!

What the hell does Biltmore Square have to do with former Scottsdale Cove? So the units sell like hotcakes, well that has nothing to do with the quality of the units nor the greatness of the management company. This is Scottsdale, people are buying condos because they can, not because they're of value. There is nothing here in your review that has ANY relevance to the value of this property, which is what this site is for. Who cares if gobs of local rich folk are wasting money on bad real estate? |

Now the Biltmore Square owners (California investors) are sitting on properties that won't sell or rent.
