These reviews could not be more accurate. But they didn't mention construction crews (the place is crawling with illegals) at 6:00 AM that will jolt you out of bed! Oh and the renovating has just begun!

I have not seen more money grubbing vultures ever! I was actually harrased and chased by investors to get me to sell my unit to them so they could "Flip it"!. I have lived in Scottsdale all my life and it is sad to see all these dirt bags trying to make a quick buck off our community.

It will be interesting to see what this condo conversion push does to the resale value as the market is saturated with them.

If you want to live here, you should know that Montecito has treated the residents with complete and utter disregard. While they may be great at Marketing they could care less about the people who live in these properties. If you have a brain you will buy a house or a condo elsewhere.
