Response to "Stop Crying" From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 10/16/2003 Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2003   First of all, who asked you' We have a right to our opinion, just as you do - it's called freedom of speech and press. I was simply pointing out what living at Bellagio is like (which is what this website is for - so others LOOKING TO MOVE IN can get a feel what living there would be like). In other words, I tried to help people like yourself BEFORE they moved in. But, since you're already moving in - go ahead and grab your ankles. I've already moved out so, thankfully, I won't have to meet you, either. I do want to thank you for your insightful advice to "leave if you don't like it". Have they not told you that you have to sign a little document called a lease' Like I said, I've lived in many different apartment complexes, and I've never had a problem until now. Thankfully for me, I wasn't born yesterday so I do realize that not everything is going to be perfect. Maybe if you read between the lines (oh wait, it was blunt statements) you'd see it was more than just a few problems. But, keep telling yourself that it's just me if that's what'll help you sleep at night. You state that you haven't even moved in yet, but you feel qualified to tell me that I'm wrong about the place I lived in for 2 years. The office staff has been nice to you because you haven't moved in yet, wait awhile and tell me how nice they are after they have your money. Personally, I don't define "nice" as lying to my face, maybe you do. You're basing your views on what you've seen'...that WHOLE time you spent looking at the model and signing the lease' I'm basing my views on actually living there and what I experienced. The noise complaint is based on a promise made by the management to uphold their "no noise after 10pm" rule. How is that NOT their fault when you try to utilize their "on premises patrol" and they don't even respond. For your info, the neighbors WERE told to shut up. If you enjoy yelling at your neighbors at all hours of the night, this place is for you! Also, the complaints stated aren't directed ONLY at management. If you didn't actually notice, this is a website to review an apartment complex. No one is asking the management to DO anything about the parking - I just pointed out that it's bad. Lastly, pray that you don't have any problems because even going to the property management won't get you anywhere. They'll write you off with the best of 'em.
