We had a 1-bedroom place upstairs. And we knew the Doug mentioned in the other review. If it's the same guy who does his whole apartment up as a Dickens village every Christmas, that's the guy and the $3 bill comment rings true. We lived here when we were first married and first moved to Arizona. The partiers around the pool were a different class back then maybe compared to the other review and made getting to know people in town easier. Overall we liked the apartment.
