Nice complex, hugely expensive 30 % rent increase

Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006
 
While this complex is very nice and the staff is wonderful. Equity management are thieves with the rent increases. There are no greater services now then ever before yet rent has gone up in excess of 30% in one year. In addition, parking is very tough and is not so good.
