I was nervous about this place after reading all of the reviews. My roommate heard through someone else that it wasn't bad so we decided to check it out. We really liked it and they were giving us a good deal because our employer was on the "preferred employer" list. I have lived there since July 31st and have no complaints. The first day I moved in was the first day of the monsoon and my roof started leaking a little bit, but it was fixed within 2 days. We had a small ant problem, but every Tuesday you can request a pest control guy to come to your apt at no additonal cost.

We were also nervous about safety, but it's a lot of older people and families that live here so it makes me feel better knowing they feel safe living here.

The office staff is really nice!

I'll take your words on this. My boyfriend and I are moving in at the end of the month. We also got a great deal so I am excited and nervous to see how this complex is like.
