Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2008
This place is an overpriced nightmare. I had some psycho kid upstairs that used to pound on the floor at 5 am every morning. The management could careless. They some how inferred it was my fault that I wanted to sleep past 5 in the morning on Sunday. The apartment itself was cheaply constructed. The walls were paper thin with no insulation, causing the electric bill to reach nearly $300 in the summer time. Not to mention I got to hear my neighbors taking A leak and flushing the toilets at all hours. Unless you like stress and high blood pressure DO NOT move here.
