With apartment reviews, you are always going to get positive notes and bad ones. So, it's pretty much your decision when it all comes down to it. I've had a great experience for 6 years. I'm only moving to get a larger apartment with more upgrades and at a cheaper rent. But, of course, I may have problems at my new apartment.

Maitenance here has been amazing. We've never had any huge problems, but when we need anything fixed. It is fixed in a very timely manner. The staff has always been friendly with me. I don't speak with them much, but when I have to renew the lease, it's always been pleasant.

I've only had a few issues with the gardeners waking me up, but I sleep in late on weekends and my bedroom window is right next to bushes, so it probably doesn't bother most people. I've heard the people above me walking around, so it's not the greatest insulation, but it hasn't bothered me too much.

Also, we have a second covered space that we paid for-very cheap, so parking is never an issue.

Overall, I have been very happy. I just want a more "condo" feel and I'm seeing lower rent prices because of the economy, so that is why I am moving.
