Loudest place I've ever lived - A dump

Years at this apartment: 1999 - 2001
First of all, they have a 24/7/365 pool and jacuzzi. There are people out there partying and drinking all night every night. When I looked at the apartments, I was told that they only had units by the pool available. I didn't think that would be a problem. It wasn't until after I had signed the lease that I was told the pool was always open.
The floors and walls are very thin. I was on the second floor, and could hear the people downstairs snoring at night. This is not an exaggeration.
The appliances were old, and a bit beat up. The carpet was also old. The airconditioner developed a water leak from the water catch pan while I was there. When they maintenance people came over to fix it, they decided to leave the front door open while they were working on it, since that was more convenient for them. This was in Scottsdale, in JULY, when it's over 110 degrees outside. I came home, and the apartment was over 100 degrees. I had an aquarium full of fish that died from overheating. The management told me that it wasn't their fault and they weren't responsible.
The apartment was freshly painted when I moved in, though. However, the painters and maintenance people had forgotten to put the door handles back on the inside doors, and when I called maintenance, they didn't get to it till the next day.
One last thing: One night when I was coming home and going up the steps to my apartment, someone started shining a laser pointer at me as I walked up the stairs to my apartment. I could see the person doing it, and that they were on the balcony of one of the other apartments on the other side of the pool. I didn't know if it was a laser pointer or a laser gun site, so I called the police and told them which apartment it was coming from. It turned out it was the boyfriend of one of the leasing agents.
