I have lived here for almost 3 years. Overall as apartments go this is very nice.I have had very few problems here. The managment staff is friendly and very nice. They have always provided me with great service. The new gym and activity center is great. The upgrades they have made have are very nice The maintenance staff is either under staffed or under qualified and the office staff seems fed up with the mistakes they make. My roof has been leaking for two month now, causing plaster to fall from the walls and ceiling. The "maintenance" staff keeps reporting they have repaired my apartment, but in truth I am not sure they have ever stepped foot inside. My main concern are the kids that roam the grounds like a pack of wild dogs, skateboarding, breaking lights and sprinklers, and generaly causing havoic throughout the complex. I wouldn't be suprised if they are the ones setting fire to the dumpsters (this has happend twice in three years). The drunken ghetto people have gotten worse. But all these probelms are the fault of the residents,not the management. Overall Broadstone Ancala is a very nice place. The units are old so keep that in mind. You get what you pay for, but the rent is cheap and the area is very nice. The problems here are just like any other place. I would recomend this place for sure.
